Where do I begin in talking about Mel and how she has helped me on my journey. Not only is she an amazing coach, mentor and friend she is an incredible lady who just makes sense of every situation and struggle. I have had many light bulb moments during our sessions and life becomes so much easier when you see the reason why. Her solutions are easy to implement and I have seen amazing growth by doing them. I am eternally grateful for Mel coming into my life. She has supported big changes and I would be lost without her.

I was only able to join one of the sessions unfortunately but I got a lot of content in a relatively small amount of time. The session was well thought through. The tech was simple and accessible so despite being accessed via the Internet the session was extremely interactive. Rapport and trust came through really well from the facilitators. This was Was all very important given the context of ‘Lockdown’ and Mental Health. The content promoted pertinent discussion that was a great way of sharing in what felt like a safe space. I have run similar sessions myself in the NHS and think this could definitely be another tool in the toolbox for supporting people from all walks of life in the ‘new normal’ times.
