Anabel is an absolute star and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She has a coaching style that is so full of warmth, compassion and care it feels like a warm embrace of connection and understanding.

Using both gentle guidance and prompting, with a more directive approach when needed, Anabel shines a light on what needs attention. I was able to benefit from Anabel's coaching through our shared journey in our coach training. Anabel provided a safe place for me to explore and challenge some of my limiting beliefs. Her ability to capture and reflect back my challenges from a different perspective, and also help me connect my thoughts with my whole self, helped me see how these were negatively impacting my ability to do my best work, and my own wellbeing. After Anabel's coaching I was able to see the limiting beliefs more objectively, and make more positive choices. This helped improve my confidence and my work, which in-turn enabled me to return to feelings of flourishing! I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have been coached by Anabel!
