Andy was brilliant. He made me think about how I view and treat myself. I've come away from the experience feeling more confident about asking for help and in my own abilities.
He listened and talked without judgment, it was reassuring to know that it's not just me that feels the struggle with parenting, sometimes we see others 'perfect lives' and doubt we are enough.
I've been finding things hard just recently, juggling multiple issues with day to day life, he told me to be kind to myself, that it's OK to slow down. That was just what I needed to here, I'd been kicking myself while I was down for not being as productive as I usually am.
