I had heard so much about hypnotherapy for weight loss and wanted to try it, and I had 3 great sessions with Natalie. And omg I noticed the difference in the first session!! Natalie is such an amazing soul, she took me through the process and we discussed the areas I was struggling with. She helped me understand and love my body and food. She is amazing at what she does. I kicked off my sprite addiction in the first session!! I highly recommend Natalie for hypnotherapy for weight loss. Thank you for setting me off on this journey, I am so grateful I met you.

A few months after losing my mum I was struggling with coping and I realised that I needed help. After checking out several different therapists I found Natalie and something just clicked and I knew she was the right person to help me.
I had never seen a therapist or counsellor before so I had no idea what to expect, but after my first session, my mind was put at ease. I continued with regular sessions for 8 months, unpacking more that I realised was there which helped me to come to terms with the grief I was living in until I reached a point where I felt that I could manage on my own.
Without Natalie's help, I am certain that I would still be having serious problems today, but instead, I can cope far better than I thought I was capable of.
If you're struggling with grief, I highly recommend Natalie as someone who can help you through the process.

I have been having sessions with Natalie for over 2 years now and I genuinely would not have been able to overcome some of the things that I have encountered in life without the help of Natalie. When I first heard about hypnotherapy I was extremely anxious and unsure, however, she made me feel so safe and comfortable, which in turn led me to overcoming some of my fears and face them head on. I went to Natalie on multiple occasions for a combination of counselling and hypnotherapy to help overcome underlying issues that I had been experiencing for years. After a handful of sessions I noted significant improvement in areas I struggled with previously. Hypnotherapy was something I was always keen on and it was the most effective therapy/method for improving aspects of emotional/mental well-being that I had previously struggled with. I’ve noted long-lasting benefits from the hypnosis sessions and would highly recommend. I will likely pursue more of this in the future, if and when circumstances present. On top of this, Natalie is a great listener, very approachable, kind, and provides a great service.

I went to NK Counselling and Hypnotherapy after the Loss of my mum, Natalie made my grieving process so much easier and taught me other ways to deal with my grief also taught me that what i was feeling was normal. If you are doubting to get help then i urge you to go and see Natalie she make you feel so comfortable and some days I just needed to offload and Natalie made that process simple and I felt like someone was listening.
