I went on Vanessa’s re treat in India in January which was truely magical and made me realise how much I was holding inside. I have since returned for some healing one on one sessions which have totally blown me away. With Vanessa’s help I feel like I have released so much and for the first time in a very long time starting to let go and find some calm. I am starting to find my smile again.
