I have been seeing Anna since 1st February this year, and I can honestly say with her support she has helped me change my life and my perspective on life.

I came to Anna confused, lost and dealing with alot of emotional baggage from my past. Over the last 10 months Anna has helped me unpick past trauma and develop healthy coping techniques in my life.

Before I met Anna I had read tonnes of self help books, listened to hundreds of podcast episodes to help me with various things, but what was missing was someone to be there to relate it to my own experiences and challenge me in a gentle way on my thoughts and my perception of things.

Anna is very professional, yet so kind and genuinely wants to see the best for you. I was so against counselling before I met Anna, but since meeting her I wish I did it sooner.

Initally I saw Anna each week, then every two weeks and I now see Anna around once a month which has been invaluable. Anna has always been supportive in going at my own pace and is always willing to discuss the topics I want to address.

For anyone thinking of going on the same journey I have, my only token bit of advice is to go "two feet in", if you commit 100% to it, you'll end up seeing the magic in the transformation ✨️ its not been easy for me, but it is totally worth it and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
