I started seeing John in 2019 after a difficult couple of months with face-to-face appointments, until I started to feel more like myself again. When COVID hit, I gave him a message, and we made contact through phone calls for as long as I needed. Despite the gaps between our meetings, he remains a calm, unshakeable presence, and I know if I need him, he will always be on the other end of the phone.
