I recently had a very disappointing experience at Thai Angels Lancaster. After traveling 25 miles to reach their location, I expected a professional and relaxing Thai massage, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

From the moment I arrived, the staff ( one lady was over 60 and the other one is around 40+). It was clear that the staff lacked proper training and knowledge about Thai massage techniques. when I ask what types of massage you provide, they said we only have oil massage. The therapist tried to do a lot, but putting oil on the body and rubbing is not Thai massage, atleat for the people who knows what thai massage is. Even that not last for an hour, That is what I feel while driving back home. And there is no shower facility. When I asked for a shower, they said it's not working ( I don't understand what's not working)

I hope the management takes steps to improve their training and customer service to prevent other clients from having a similar experience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine Thai massage. Save your time and money, and look for a more reputable establishments

Thank you, admin, for your response, although it took a week. As I mentioned earlier, one of the women was over 60, and the other was in her 40s, so please refrain from referring to her as a "young girl." Additionally, it's unclear who is the best at providing massages since the older woman appeared to be the receptionist, while the other seemed to be there to provide the service. There's no way to tell who is more skilled just by looking. When I asked about the type of oil used for the massage, I was informed that it was baby oil. That’s fine, but I just wanted to share my experience.

'Thai Angels' really deserves it's name - the professional massage therapy offered by Annika and her colleagues is of the highest standard and offers an excellent treatment to release muscle/nerve tension, increase circulation, lymphatic function and enhance overall well-being. I'm a regular client and can attest to the positive effects of Thai Massage.

As someone who regularly trains but equally has a lot of sitting/office work to complete, I appreciate the restorative and tension-releasing effect of the Thai Massage. I cannot recommend this place and the 1-hour Thai Massage option high enough. Annika's true talent in providing a holistic treatment, her expertise and utmost customer care always make me feel that I'm in safe hands and I feel the beneficial effects of the massage long after the actual treatment.
The massage is also an excellent gift (voucher) idea for your mom, spouse, friends or yourself!

In Lake district overpriced hotels massages area with Lancaster next to I highly recommended this service if you stop by in Lancaster .1 only minus point is for outdated interior. Which I forgive b,code massage was superB.
