I can't begin to explain how much Anne Marie's therapy has helped me. I very rarely write reviews, but I hope this will inspire others. I have a sense of inner calm that I never had before. I found her explanations of the primitive mind and how it was holding me to ransom so illuminating. Quite negative emotions and a lot of stress and was suffering with insomnia.
Very quickly she put me at ease and helped me change my thought process and start believing in myself again. The guided meditations are amazing and

I sat down with Anne Marie to speak about my driving anxiety and I'm so glad I did! I went from being a complete nervous wreck during my lessons (and two tests I failed) to feeling more confident and positive. The anxiety was still there but with Anne Marie's help I had the tools I needed to realise when I was starting to feel anxious and calm myself down. After two sessions with Anne Marie I passed my driving test with no minors! My driving instructor, friends and family all said they noticed a difference in me and it was down to the mindset I had when going into the test, which I don't think I would have had without Anne Marie's guidance. The lessons she has taught me don't just apply to my driving anxiety but help me in all aspects of my every day life.

Anne Marie is a lovely lady with a very warm and calming presence which really helped when opening up and made me feel at ease and relaxed during our sessions.

I was sceptical about hypnotherapy at first but now I'd recommend everyone to have at least 1 session with Anne Marie to help them understand where the negative feelings come from and how to overcome them. I feel I have a much clearer understanding about myself and will continue to use Anne Marie's lessons into the future.
