Sanj, thank you so much for the amazing transformation after undergoing a course of hypnotherapy.

My panick attack have subsided from 3 a day to non existent over a period of 6 weeks. I’m able to perform at my Work to the highest level, and enjoying my social life and hobbies.

I approached Sanjeet in March 2023 to help me with my fear of motorway driving which I had been struggling to overcome for five years. Although I'm a positive and optimistic person, my fear had become so great that I was unsure if hypnotherapy would actually work for me.

During the consultation stage, Sanjeet made me feel at ease and explained in detail the techniques that he would use to help reduce my anxiety and tackle my fears. After just one session, I felt a greater sense of calmness and confidence within myself, and after the third session I was able to drive on the motorway again - the first time in five years! It has been a major breakthrough for me and such a worthwhile investment, which has not only cured my fear but also had a significant impact on my overall health & wellbeing.

Sanjeet is personable yet professional with a calming energy. He clearly explained the different hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques, which enabled me to choose the best technique for myself ahead of each session. The consultation room is a tranquil, peaceful space (you can hear the birds singing!) and the bathroom facilities are clean, comfortable and conveniently located next door to the consultation room. Parking was also very easy, right outside the property on the drive.
