She has a lot of empathy and is very good at helping me figure out how to go about my issues and work on things. Having completed 6 face to face counselling sessions with Gosia, I am very pleased to leave this review and hope it may help someone who is considering whether to have counselling or not. I would definitely say "do it!"
I always felt listened to and never judged. The "coping mechanisms & tactics" suggested were extremely useful and I will continue to use them.
I was realistic to know I wouldn't be given specific answers to the questions I had, but I did enjoy the discussions we had, especially when i was encouraged to think from a different perspective. This is defintely one of the many benefits of speaking to a qualified counsellor, rather than to my friends.

i was referred to Gosia from my work for therapy after a close death in the family and other things in my life that i was finding it hard to cope with ,
Gosia was so helpful , she allowed me to go at my own pace , i felt i was able to open up to her and was not judgement just friendly advise on areas i needed and praise for things i have achieved myself while in the process ,
she even changed the room we used as i had issue with the stairs , i felt like she went out her way for me , she was able to change the day i went on one week as i had another appointment that i could not more and she has gave me my life back ,
