Wow! My first craniosacral therapy session and I had no clue what to expect. I went to Liz at Refocus Craniosacral Therapy after meeting her at a wellbeing festival. The main issue I want to address with CST is tinnitus.
It is very hard to explain the shifts in energy and physical results during the CST session, but I felt immediate results around my sinuses and ears. There was a pressure release and draining sensation.
The session was very relaxing and Liz was very welcoming. I am really looking forward to another CST to see what shifts happen next!

Would highly recommend Liz (Refocus Therapies), I am at the beginning of my Cranial Therapy journey, but so far it’s been great.
