Diane was so supportive throughout my course of CBT and gave me the confidence to move forward with my life on my own.

I was recommended CBT following a series of serious incidents at work where I work with children in custody and youth offending; at first I was dubious about doing something so open and vulnerable but Diane immediately puts you at ease and lets you take the sessions at your own pace while allowing you to feel like you are constantly progressing.

It’s a process and I’m sure there will be moments when I feel like I need to go back but Diane is so welcoming (and affordable in a cost of living crisis!) that I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
