I was unsure of what the experience would bring me, it was my first time at trying a one to one Counselling.
I can honestly say those six sessions were the best thing that has happened to me in my life.I’m Mark I found somebody who could guide me with genuine sincerity; I was able to unlock the traumas that have troubled me over 40+ years. I was then helped to understand why I had reacted to situations in that time and how it had gradually dragged me down to a dark place.
I feel like my life has restarted and with Marks help I am well equipped to live my life to its fullest and to cope with what is thrown at me in my journey.

I had 6 sessions with Mark and it was my first experience with councilling. I feel that from this short period I really gained a lot from it. I believe now I am better equipped with dealing with my anxiety and opening up in general which has helped me massively.
