Excellent service!!
Being very nervous before my first appointment, very quickly Elizabeth made me feel calm and comfortable.
Her years of experience and knowledge shines through by how she is empathetic and understanding in a professional way. I have gained much insight and amazing techniques which have been a god send for me.

Bel is kind and calm. Bel listens to you and tailors your treatments using a wide range of therapy practises based on your needs. Bel offers information clearly and uses the sessions to work together to aid in understanding yourself and your circumstances.

Having sessions for a couple months I can already see a great shift in myself for the better. I found myself being very comfortable on the first time meeting Bel and knew I was safe to discuss details about myself. I personally am thrilled and deeply grateful to have met Bel and to have her to help me understand myself better.

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing.

I have tried other therapists and different therapy but sadly none have done anything and relationships with therapists have been extremely difficult to maintain.

Elizabeth has blown them all out of the water. I felt instantly comfortable talking to her and made to feel very welcome. Elizabeth knows how to talk to me. I've been suffering quite bad after having a really bad experience. Elizabeth is helping me with this and goes out of her way to ensure your ok and knows the right things to say when days are really bad.

Elizabeth has the ability to know how you are feeling before you tell her.

I'm so grateful that I found you Elizabeth and I highly recommend this service to anyone that is dedicated to receiving the help they need. It's hard work and an on going battle but with the right person (Elizabeth) the dark times have a little bit more light.

I'm currently on a very long journey but feel that this service has given me the strength to want to work hard to get myself to a place where my smile is not forced. :-).

Bel from talking head therapy deserves more than 5 stars for the service she provides. My personal experience from both hypnotherapy and councilling with Bel has been wonderful. Bel treats each and every one of her clients with care and compassion. She worked with me through some tough times and stayed with me until I no longer needed my sessions. I still have the hypnotherapy Cd's which Bel made for me during my time with her and I can always go back and listen to them whenever I feel the need. If you're looking for a service from someone who truly cares about their work and and who is willing to really work hard for their clients then Talking Heads Therapy will not disappoint you.

I have been having hypnotherapy for a while now with Elizabeth she is amazing it doesn't matter what your underlying issue is she can get to the bottom of it even when you do not realise what it is! She is passionate about her work, she goes on lots of courses to update her existing knowledge and skills and puts her life's work into helping others whether face to face or supplying material to people to help themselves from the comfort of their own home or over the internet. I have seen many therapies but none who excel and Elizabeth gone, she has kept me going thank you.

I had extreme anxiety, panic attacks, and some agoraphobia for good measure till i started working with Bell. She has made my life livable and has bent over backwards to help me get back to normal.
I have seen a few other Therapists/Psychologists but I had a hard time connecting to them, thus making it a little harder to progress.
If your on the fence to get help i urge you: Dont make my mistake of waiting and suffering a few years without finding someone to talk to. ANY help is the best help, but Talking heads has went the extra mile for me and my anxiety.
