I've been having monthly reflexology treatments with Paula since 2021. I'm still amazed at how working on specific parts of the feet can have a positive effect on other parts of the body. I always feel relaxed after a treatment and then in the following days feel the benefits of the areas worked on.

Even if I don't have any ailments I have the treatments for general wellbeing. The Summer House is a lovely space and Paula is friendly and welcoming. She definitely has a therapeutic gift and is committed to finding the best way to help her clients.

I also recommend the Rebalance treatment which I have as an occasional, additional treat.
