As someone who has completed a few coaching courses and facilitator training with the Soul Awakening Academy – which, by the way, has been life-changing – I'm always eager to explore new techniques. So when Annemarie introduced me to her innovative approach to help me overcome a deep set pain and anxiety, I was immediately intrigued.
Before working with Ann-Marie, I carried deep shame and anxiety about my appearance stemming from a childhood eye condition. It affected my confidence and made me afraid to truly be myself. After just ONE session of this emotional rewiring technique, and continuing the work independently, the transformation has been incredible.
It felt strange at first, I can't explain it! One minute I was feeling all the shame, but at the same time, my body was doing the total opposite. I had the posture and body armouring of a shut-down, small child scared of the world, yet the brain and emotions of me standing in full power and control, in my authentic self. Then the next, I'd be thinking the worst, but my body language was expressing the best. It was like my mind and body were finally getting in sync.
Memories as far back as age 2 or 3, where those feelings originated, are now blank. It's like those experiences no longer hold any emotional weight. Initially, during the process, I felt a strange sensation like the room was shrinking around me. But now, I feel unshackled and free. This newfound freedom extends beyond just my self-image; I'm even more confident with public speaking, something I used to dread because of fear of judgment.
I'm so grateful to Annemarie for helping me reclaim my life and step into my true power

I have been sitting on the fence and watching Anne-Marie, doing my research on some course that can work well alongside my holistic therapy work and my life coach accreditation course, after 18 month of Soul Awakening Academy popping up in my news feeds, I decided to take the leap of faith and sign up for one of courses, I am now on my fourth course. I have just finished my Introduction to Trauma Informed Relationship Coaching and absolutely loved it! There were lots of "Ah" moments for me when looking and reflecting on my own relationships. I have just graduated with the Transformational life coaching diploma and I can honestly say any aspiring coach will undoubtedly benefit for Anne-Marie’s course. It was truly worth every penny spent. At first I thought it would be like most courses (tedious & lacking in excitement) courses where you anticipate the finish, but I can say that it was so interesting, easily explained but highly educational. It was so interesting to learn and captivating all the way through, so easy to follow and not tedious and overdone like a lot of other courses I have done.
