I recently attended an Introduction to Reflexology. I really enjoyed the day it was a good blend of both practical hands on experiences and information sharing that was presented in an interesting and engaging way.

Carolyn has a passion for her craft, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to attend this introductory course. It provided the means to gain a some understanding into this wonderful therapy and the numerous health benefits for both the physical body and emotional well being.

I have recently completed the Level 5 Diploma in Reflexology and would wholeheartedly recommend the Gaia school to anybody thinking of enrolling in the future. Carolyn is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about reflexology and she delivers the course in a very informal manner which I particularly liked. We were also fortunate enough to have Debbie Hurst assisting in delivering the course. There is a lot to take in and a considerable amount of work to do at home, but Carolyn was always available via phone or email in-between sessions if anybody needed advice and was always quick to respond. It was hard going at times, especially whilst working full time, but I was very lucky to be part of a great group of fellow students who all supported each other and brought a lot of laughter to our sessions!

Carolyn and her courses are amazing. I completed level 5 Reflexology last year and the Aromatherapy a few months ago, oh Indian head and Reiki development days too. Carolyns knowledge is outstanding, shes always there to offer help and advice. Im now running my own business and loving it, even with the ups and downs of covid 19. I completed the Level 5 Reflexology in 2015. The course content gives the learner all the tools required to start working as a Reflexologist, either in a clinic setting or as a personal business. Carolyn is a very knowledgeable teacher and will always give extra support if it is needed. Completing this course and changing career has been life-changing and I would highly recommend it.
