Earlier this year, I was having a lot of personal mental health struggles. It’s fair to say that my head was a big mess and I was shutting down.
From my initial appointment with Nic, I felt very at easy in her presence. With her gentle encouragement over the next few weeks, Nic helped me to open up and talk about the problems I was having. She then helped me to see them in perspective and to develop the tools to help cope in the future.
