I had never really consider life coaching before, but knowing Poppy allowed me to take the leap of faith. During the first zoom session she expertly a drew a stream of consciousness from me, despite my more usual reserve and reticence. Then, the first live session was of even more benefit, where Poppy maintained a fine balance between non-directive listening and picking up on crucial pressure points. Couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking for a coach with humour, empathy, and insight, in equal measure!

I attended Poppy’s Art of Connection workshop at the Bamford Spa in Gloucestershire, and it was magnificent. The intimate group made it easy to be vulnerable and share our struggles and emotions, and Poppy was a master at giving us advice and perspective on our lives that wasn’t there before. She also introduced us to effective breathing techniques and meditation practices. I would highly recommend Poppy’s group sessions for a connected and open experience with others, all seeking their truth and purpose.

I had an initial consultation with Poppy, she is lovely and makes you feel at ease. On the consultation she figured out some of the recurrent issues going on on my life that does not allow me to be my true self and be successful, I will be doing the coaching program perhaps later on time as at the moment I can not afford it. However I recommend her as she seems professional and know what she is doing.

Couldn’t recommend Poppy enough! She’s such a lovely person who immediately make me feel extremely comfortable. She creates a safe space for you to be completely open up with no judgment, helping you (even just from the first session) to leave your incorrect behaviour in the past whilst guiding you on the correct path.
