Natasha is simply the best! She listens to any issues or requirements you may have and delivers a tailored massage to suit your needs. She has fantastic pressure but never causes any discomfort, taking care over those tight sore knots. Her fees are very reasonable and she is worth every penny!

I have been seeing Natasha for regular sports massages for around two years now and not only is she a fountain of knowledge who takes the time to talk to you before each appointment, she also spends time recommending exercises you can do from home, and has even been on hand to advise me on the best pillows to buy.

As well as the best hour long massage I’ve ever had, Natasha is also incredibly warm and makes you feel super relaxed from the get go. She changes it up each time to suit any problem areas, and always leaves you feeling well and truly looked after, relaxed, and smelling of wonderful essential oils.

If you’re looking for massage therapy, I highly recommend Natasha.

I have been working with Natasha for almost two years now, I first saw her regarding an ongoing shoulder problem, which she helped settle down within just two sessions.
I now see her once every 6-8 weeks for 'maintenance' work, and this enables me to keep functioning at work and allows me to continue to brutalise myself within the gym.
I have never once left a session feeling that it wasn't money thoroughly worth spending, she has a great ability to make you feel at ease, and where some therapists use technical jargon she is great at keeping things in simple layman's terms.
The only negative I can think of is that Natasha doesn't advertise herself enough, and it takes loudmouths like myself to come on google and promote her!
Book in now, you will not be disappointed.

I've seen Natasha several times for deep tissue massage, which has always substantially reduced my muscle pain. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable and at ease. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I received Sports Massage Therapy from Natasha Bailey to treat lower back and glute pain from a running issue as well as treatment for my upper back which was sore from an increase in activity whilst I was on holiday in Cornwall, namely surfing and swimming.

I found the treatment highly effective with a reduction in pain and soreness and an increase in mobility with Natasha taking the time to discuss my issues and symptoms over a call before the appointment and treating me with a holistic view.

She also recommended some additional strengthening exercises that could be folded into my exercise routine that would be helpful.
