Claire is someone I wish I could bottle. Her energy, positivity, knowledge and flair for what she achieves as a coach is exceptional.

I completed a mindset and goal-setting course with Claire, before I started I was sceptical as to what benefit I would gain but I was not prepared for it to open my eyes to the limiting beliefs I held about myself and the awareness of how my mindset was affecting my life.

I later felt keen to take things further so started 1 to 1 coaching sessions. Through these sessions Claire helped me to identify an area I wanted to change. Claire's coaching gave me the self confidence and self belief that I was lacking, it was the first time I have felt truly confident about my own abilities. With this I was able to push myself out of my comfort zone and achieve what I had not thought possible a new career! Six months in to my new role and I have not looked back.

Claire is just amazing. She is a very special person and I highly recommend her.
I myself have been on a 6 week mindset course with Claire. After that I simply wanted everyone I know to have a chance to be coached by her!
I organised for my teenage son and his friends to have a workshop with her(which they loved) my younger son and his Sussex badminton team had several workshops. Also, many of my friends who needed support, in many different areas of life, have benefitted from Claire’s coaching. She puts you at ease and is such a kind warm person.
