I met rob when I was at a crossroads in my life and feeling in need of direction. Our sessions together were hugely beneficial to me - I came away each time feeling more organised in my mind, more in control of the direction I was taking, and more motivated to get on. The sessions were very relaxed, one on one, and Rob made me feel completely at ease. He has a great way of taking a mass of confusing information and bringing it into order. He helped me to identify my priorities and make a plan for both the short term and the long term. I benefited greatly from these sessions and I’d certainly recommend Rob to anyone in need of some coaching!

Before the UKs 1st Covid-19 lockdown in 2020 I looked to address & improve my personal health habits so I took a session with Rob Smith in order to explore, focus on & take steps in doing that. I found Rob easy to communicate with, personable & quickly felt at ease upon meeting him meaning that once we got into the process of discussing things it was calm, addressed things I could work on for the future & productive. A follow up online session helped me further (online because of Lockdown). I'm grateful to Rob & recommend him. Thank you Rob!
