Jim has been there for me through stages of trauma in my life over quite a few years now. He's a very likable person who you can relate to and get on as a good friend from just one session. Jim is an author of many self help books and articles which he can reference helpful documents and exercises to you if you need. I cannot recommend a better councellor especially given if it's a very traumatic situation or if your dealing with anxiety or depression. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and diet affecting your brain health.
