I'm only just getting round to reviewing Nicola and her services, despite visiting a while ago now.

I booked some appointments with Nicola during a period of high stress/anxiety for me. She came highly recommended by a close and trusted friend but I had been putting off visiting for some time, as if I'm honest, I was sceptical that counselling would work for me.

I'm glad to say I was wrong. Nicola is a wonderful person with such a lovely, nurturing approach - and I felt immediately comfortable sharing with her.

I visited a number of times and came away feeling like a new person.

I'm open to visiting Nicola in the future if I find that I need some more sessions; in her lovely garden room, it felt just like sharing with a friend and I'm immensely grateful to her for the sessions.
