I have had seven sessions with Dominic so far and with his guidance and expertise I have been able to work through some issues that have both plagued me and challenged my mental health for the past 20 years. Dominic is approachable and unassuming, he immediately put me at ease and I felt able to talk openly to him. He really listens and with his help I now see myself in a different light. I came to Dominic at a time of monumental change and turmoil. I had no sense of direction or how to process all of the feelings and emotions I had. I was desperately trying to hold it all together and be strong, until one day I realised I needed someone to help me navigate this journey I was on.

From our initial phone assessment I felt at ease with Dominic, I knew he was going to be a good fit then, but I hadn’t really appreciated how invaluable our sessions would become, and how much I’d look forward to them.
