I started to see Annabel for Reflexology with a view to improving my general wellbeing and some relaxation time. Annabel has a calm and warm quality about her, she made me feel immediately relaxed and at ease. Annabel takes an interest in my general health and always provides specific treatments depending on my needs at each session. She has provided lymph drainage for my feet and ankles which are sometimes swollen. After the session today I could see an immediate effect and the swelling had gone down, making my feet more comfortable. I will continue to go to see Annabel as her Reflexology service just makes me feel calmer and healthier in myself. I would highly recommend Annabel to anyone. Thank you Annabel for what you do. HW

I love going to Annabel's beautiful and unique retreat space, it's a real opportunity to take some time out for yourself and be in the safe, nurturing hands of Annabel. I've had both reflexology and indian head massage and felt thoroughly relaxed on both occasions

From my first initial contact, which was promptly replied to, I have been visiting here for a number of months. The treatment room is cosy and intimate and Annabel is both attentive and non intrusive allowing you to feel only relaxed here. I had a very specific issue and Annabel tailored a series of sessions to help with lymphatic drainage through reflexology which was very successful. I would not hesitate to recommend Annabel to any of my friends. I have recently had the pleasure of experiencing an Indian head massage which was extraordinary.

Beautiful setting on the outskirts of Holmfirth, which calms you ready for your treatment.

I’d never had reflexology before I went to Annabel, and she explained everything from start to finish beforehand.

Annabel takes time to get to know you, and is thorough and professional throughout the session. The only thing I was worried about was if it would be ticklish, but it wasn’t at all, and even though I don’t usually like my feet being touched this was an amazing experience - will definitely be back!
