Going to therapy or counselling can be really difficult and more often than not finding the right person is a challenge. I can honestly say that in Cheryl I found the perfect person to help me through one of the hardest times in my life. She is professional, compassionate and is giving me all the help and tools I need. Cheryl makes me feel immediately at ease and welcomed in every session and I could not ask for more.
Asking for help and opening up can be very scary but in Cheryl you have the right person by your side to work it through.

I can honestly say that Cheryl changed my life, the second i sat down in her office, i felt welcome, at home and extremely comfortable in her company.
Cheryl has a very rare ability of being able to empathise with your pain, and be extremely compassionate ,while giving the help needed in a very professional way.
Now i have all the tools i need to navigate through any tough times ahead, thanks to this amazing lady and her down to earth, professionalism, i cannot thank you enough Cheryl
