Heidi’s dance and fitness class that I attend every Monday morning in Hedon is a real tonic. It’s in Alexandra hall which is spacious and very clean. We are a group of older ladies but young ladies do attend occasionally but as it’s between 9.30-10.30 I think the younger generation are working or busy with families.
You can go at your own pace, but Heidi her self makes you feel relaxed, makes you laugh, all of the time, and you just feel energised after dancing to a variety of fab songs. I just love it. I feel after an hour here I’m ready for the week. Thanks Heidi, see you Monday

I honestly did not know what to expect from Heidi, I admit I had my reservations. However, Heidi helped me to “see” how my life had been affected from past traumas and the impacts of relationships had on me which I became a people pleaser, not wanting to be part of confrontational situations and putting others before me.

Heidi helped me to question myself why I always put others before myself, by not prioritising myself at any point in my life. Heidi enabled me to make the mindset “flip” to prioritise myself and to let go the self loath , and to let go of others who caused the trauma as well as unproductive relationships.

I can highly recommend Heidi, she made me feel relaxed, safe and helps to make positive changes in lives
