Great experience. Just had my first massage with Maria. I have had many massages before and do have some ongoing muscular issues, so I know the difference between what is a really good massage for me and what is not so good and set a high bar! Maria listened to what I had said I needed help with and definitely delivered! Nice woman too and I felt relaxed. Slept very well the night after for the first time in a few weeks. It was an excellent massage and I will be booking again.

Just returned after a Swedish massage with Jennifer. I cannot express how unbelievable it was. I went with my neck and shoulders feeling like they were in a vice, and already I can feel that tension has gone. My partner also had a remedial massage and was equally impressed on how it felt afterwards. All staff are friendly and professional, would highly recommend

Had my first Indian head massage with Claire. What a great experience. It was extremely relaxing and by the end I felt quite rejuvenated. I have had some reoccurring pain in my neck which I can tell already is definitely improving. I will definitely book another session with Claire.

I have just had an amazing Swedish massage with Jennifer who was absolutely wonderful. I had a troublesome shoulder which she managed to really improve. I was very impressed with her obvious skill and ability. I will be booking another massage in the very near future.

Ive used body and mind quite a lot over the years and the services is always excellent. Recently I went through a bit of a rough patch and turned to Tasha for some counselling who was supportive and empathetic. I learnt a lot about myself but more importantly I learnt different strategies to get me through challenging moments. Loving life again so many thanks Tasha for all your help.

Went for a remedial 1 hour massage and it was ace. Staff are professional and very nice, not to mention the masseur knew his stuff and knew what he was doing. I went in with a shoulder/neck problem and feel much better post session. Thank you guys.

A week of Covid left me with a terribly stiff neck and constant headache. I spoke to Mia at reception and she found a half hour slot for an Indian Head Massage with Claire. It was just what I needed. Excellent service as always from reception and a fabulous massage from Claire. Thank you both.

I've been coming here for a few years now and everyone who has treated me (and there have been several) have all been highly experienced, professional, courteous and friendly. I have never had a issue here. All the treatments I have had have been excellent, otherwise I wouldn't keep coming back. Thank you all.
