I would wholeheartedly recommend Tina as a counsellor to anyone considering therapy.
From my first session with her, she put me at ease and always creates a safe, non-judgemental place for me to express myself. One goal of mine through therapy is to manage anxiety and depression through recognising early symptoms. Tina has provided me with an array of coping strategies and over the past five months, I have learned to understand these emotions and how to deal with them as they arise.
Tina is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable and I feel very lucky to have met her.

Tina from Pastures New is a wonderful counsellor who treats her clients with kindness and compassion. I started meeting with her around 6 months ago, suffering from anxiety and self-esteem problems. In each session, Tina gives me the space to share what's on my mind, asks me questions that help me further explore my feelings and what might be causing them, and shares techniques to regulate my emotions and stay calm/focused (which is my personal goal from therapy). Over time, I've grown to understand more about my triggers and how to cope with them, and feel like I've made a lot of progress. I genuinely look forward to every talk with Tina, and would heartily recommend her to all my friends and family!
