I have been using Whole Harmony for a while now for a variety of treatments but most recently for HyperBaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). Andrea is very knowledgable about this relatively young therapy and if she doesn’t have an answer she is quick to find out. I am about to embark on my second package of 20 sessions. I think that endorses my belief in the treatment but Andrea herself is a delight. She is very accommodating and helpful and goes out of her way to make you comfortable.
Aside from HBOT I can also recommend the colonics. I have tried various places but it’s important for your therapist to put you at ease and again Andrea does that and is very professional and passionate about her treatments and making sure they work for her clients.

I have had 4 HBOT sessions under the care of Andrea at WH to help alleviate my CIRS symptoms. After each session my breathing is better and the inflammation in my body reduced. The HBOT chamber is very comfortable. It’s like being in an airplane and once full pressure has been achieved I feel totally relaxed, even falling asleep sometimes! Afterwards I feel energised and peaceful. It’s great to have this facility locally rather than having to go into London. Very competitive pricing if you book a course as I did. Highly recommend this treatment and Andrea. She’s a very caring practitioner.

I was a little nervous to take a Hyperbaric oxygen treatment but had been advised it would help a recent leg injury, but on enquiring Andrea from Whole Harmony explained what to expect and put my mind to rest.
Booking online was easy and the session was really relaxing and I came out energised.

The most excellent service you’ll find from a nutritional therapist. I have been having appointments with Andrea for over 7 months to help with my digestive and bloating issues. Andrea has been extremely professional and has guided me through the whole process with any health related issues that come up. I appreciate all the work Andrea has done for me as I am feeling so much better mentally and physically. Andrea has laid out a very clear and concise diet plan that is easy to follow, and she is always readily available to assist in any problems you have. She made me feel very confident in adjusting my lifestyle and diet to assist with the digestive healing process!

5 stars! This was my first treatment and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was a bit nervous having a Colonic hydrotherapy treatment, but Andrea was extremely professional, patient and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have had difficulties with my stomach for 6 years. All my GP could offer me was PPI and I have tried everything to avoid them until I could not do so any more. I decided to contact Andrea Okos(Functional Nutrition) and she advised and empowered me to gain further tests from my GP. She assessed the results and was able to add preventative measures and explain the results fully. She was clearly medically intelligent and knows her subject. She worked with my efforts with my GP. I am deeply thankful for her intervention. I would recommend her for any gastro intestinal and dietary problems. Andrea is also sensible about pricing her knowledge.

I had my first session on Monday, having arrived a little late.
Andrea was easy going, reassure me that she will explain to me what is occurring, in stages.
I was made to feel relax, and comfortable throughout the procedure, my anxieties level were reduced.
My experience was very good, and pain free. I am more than happy to recommend this center for Health and well being.
