I had an appointment with Steph this morning and from the moment I came through the door I felt at ease.Steph helped me relax and went through the whole process with me before my treatment.During the process she answers any questions I had.Steph was very professional and I cannot recommend this clinic high enough.It was that good that I’ve already booked to go back next week, Thankyou Steph I feel amazing . Was slightly nervous but massively reassured that I should turn my nervous energy into excitement!! What a great treatment! Moved ALOT of gas and waste. This was my first colonic and it was fab, will return for sure! ?❤️

I’ve been fortunate enough to have colonic irrigation in several different countries and I can honestly say Steph at Ringwood health clinic was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had. She explains everything thoroughly, is gentle and extremely professional. Would highly recommend this therapy!
