Before I went to Hannah I was having serious flashbacks to a traumatic incident I experienced a few months ago. I was having flashbacks multiple times a day and I really couldn’t stop thinking about it. I thought they would go away over time but they didn’t. After each therapy session with Hannah the flashbacks became less and less. I had 3 sessions altogether and I can say I have very few to none at all now. Hannah made me feel much better about the situation and gave me coping mechanisms I can do if I feel I need them. I would highly recommend Hannah if you are going through a hard time, like I was or even if you just need a confidence boost or help with anxiety. Thank you Hannah!

Hannah is just wonderful! She is brilliant at what she does, not only is she kind, patient and really, truly cares about her clients but she is just magic! I would 100% recommend this service, and am already recommending to family and friends!
Having suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for years, I opted to try hypnotherapy; I was extremely apprehensive at first and didn’t think that it would make any difference. After the first session, I walked away feeling a relief and far less anxious than usual, within the following 2 sessions my anxiety and panic attacks almost completely vanished and that is all down to Hannah and the way she works.

Hannah was amazing. I was due to go on my honeymoon and my husband has always been frustrated that I was scared of the sea and never wanted to get in the sea or do any water sports/trips. (He was bought up sailing etc) he booked me in with hannah in hope that I would be able to join him.
I really really wanted to be cured but was very unsure it would work. I went along once as we left it very last minute. I was amazed I got in the sea on many occasions and even went in on my own when he was asleep. And also went on a boat in deep sea around the island. I'm am so so so grateful and it made our honeymoon that I could join my husband. Highly highly recommended!!!
