My experience with Sarah at Mind Body Being has always been second to none. The minute you enter you feel at ease with her wonderfully clean and beautifully decorated outhouse. It really is the perfect setting for consultations where Sarah holds the space for you to express yourself freely.
Sarah is fantastic at what she does and has always been incredibly open-minded, understanding and supportive. I never fail to leave feeling lighter, happier and more free.
I also recommended her to my partner who thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Coming to Mind Body Being really is a slice of peace and connection in a world that can be hard to navigate at the best of times.
