Laura is what everybody needs in a therapist/counsellor: insightful yet attentive; gentle yet provocative; non-judgemental but honest. I came to Laura in a heap and in just a few months she helped me unpack decades of relational trauma and *also* helped me to recognise traits in myself that I now understand to be neurodivergent and highly consistent with ADHD. She is incredibly knowledgable and articulate about a myriad of mental health issues but also very laid back and easy to relate to given her caliber. She will meet you where you are and take your sessions at your pace, but also challenge you, guiding you to evaluate your own harmful thought patterns and stories that are not serving you. I would highly recommend Laura‘s counselling services to anyone, whether you’re on a journey of self-improvement or simply trying to understand negative thoughts and feelings.
