After attending a 2 hour workshop with Tracey in September and coming away with an inner feeling of calmness I decided to book in to the all day Transform your Life workshop. The day was very well planned, you can tell Tracey pours her heart and soul into what she does, the hours flew by as Tracey guided us and we were all enlightened through ways of positive thinking, mediations and hypnosis. It was a fantastic day with a wonderful group of people, I am truly grateful to Tracey for teaching me a new way of thinking that has changed my life.

It was the first time I had gone to see Tracey, and I didn't know what to expect. But all I can say is - wow! What an incredible and moving experience.

And as always, she was kind, caring, and considerate throughout the session.
