Very thankful and grateful for John’s help with my lower back issue recently. I managed to get seen quickly, he asked a few questions and checked me over, diagnosed the issue, explained everything so I understood, worked on it and gave me a rehab plan. I've seen John a couple of times about my back now and recommend him to everyone. He's kind, knows his stuff and has an excellent sense of humour!
He uses sound logic and evidence based practice and, unlike other practitioners I've seen, will happily explain the problem in detail (with his handy array of anatomical models) rather than fixing the pain without an explanation of the problem behind it. He's a huge advocate of functional strengthening rather than wrapping us up in cotton wool post treatment and I've had excellent results, each time just needing a one off treatment. I saw him both before and during pregnancy and felt in very safe hands on both occasions - I would only see someone I have complete confidence in during pregnancy!
The two trees planted per treatment is the cherry on top of an already excellent service.

Coming to see John changed my life. I have been suffering with lower back pain for over a year and I came to see him to see if he could help. He was brilliant and asked lots of health questions so he fully understood my history. After seeing me he asked if my back pain was related to my cycle which no one had ever suggested to me nor had I put two and two together. He recommended monitoring it and see if it did and try and get referred to see a specialist, which in doing this has proven the back pain I have is actually endometriosis. I would have carried on in brutal pain thinking it was just something I had to live with. I can not thank you enough for sharing your wisdom and experience in order to help me. Honestly can not recommend seeing John. My husband has also been to see him for his back which he has found beyond helpful.
John is really friendly, professional and has so much experience to help people.

John helped me almost immediately after a bike accident through remote video consultation. He expertly identified the injury and gave me exercises to aid recovery with clear instructions. John checked in over the following months and even sent over more exercises as my recovery progressed.
John is super knowledgeable and has a holistic approach I love. Highly recommended.
