Pindy is a fabulous, calm and caring person who could put you at ease to open up into a new world of opportunities by helping you overcoming your own barriers.

Been seeing Pindy regularly for well over a decade. When I started I was a real mess and she helped me enormously in the short term, and in then in time has helped me grow to a place where my mental health issues are well managed and I can live a full and happy life even while working a fairly high pressured job. Five stars isn't enough to be honest.

Pindy was rude, extremely judgemental and presumptous during my counselling. I have never seen such unprofessionalism, and the difference between her and other counsellors I've used was stark.

Regarding your response, it's my prerogative to post a review when I want to. The fact that my concerns pertain to only one counselling session by no means minimise my concerns, particularly bearing in mind that I cancelled my subsequent counselling session which I booked during the session to avoid you knowing that I would raise a complaint. I chose to incur an additional 110minutes travel journey - with travel expenses of £35 per session - to see a counsellor in Surrey through my employment assistance scheme, rather than continue sessions with you (when you live a 10 minute drive away from me), as your conduct what THAT appalling.

You deleted my review from my main google account (on which I am a local guide so would obviously prefer to have the review from that account). However, you failed to remove the google review from my account,. You also got your daughter's university friend - Rhian Hopkins - to post a review. It's either a fake review or you're treating friends, both of which is unprofessional, unethical and simply bad practice.

You wouldn't know what professional or integrity was if it smacked you square in the face.. You have no grounds for any successful legal action as everything I have written is true, and I have supporting evidence.
