Highly recommend!
I wasn't sure what type of therapy I needed but I booked a free initial consultation with Kyla where she explained her methods of working and answered any questions I had. I immediately felt very comfortable and decided to go ahead. Her calm approach and insightful questions helped me rethink thought patterns I've been following and struggling with. The worksheets she provided alongside were incredibly effective, allowing me do some work myself outside the sessions. I am very grateful to her for her encouragement and how far I have come.

Couldn't recommend more. The complimentary consultation was fantastic as I was initially nervous about the idea of talking to someone professionally, but Kyla made the process a breeze and I couldn't have been more relieved. I immediately felt at ease and the subsequent sessions have helped me remarkably. Ollie the dog is an absolute hero too!
