Where to start with my feedback on the work I done with Viv? It began with me very much in shadow self, caught up in the suppression of my deepest fears and desires. All of which caused chaos and pain in my life and the lives of those around me. Operating unconsciously particularly around relationships, led to the same outcomes over and over.

Then I connected with Viv and it has honestly changed my life. Her wisdom, compassion and authenticity is not something you generally meet in most therapeutic settings. Through this work which Viv treats with the utmost respect and sacredness, I've come to know and understand myself. Most importantly, I've began to embody who I am without the shame and guilty that plagued me.
