Amandine has a very gentle way to coach, challenging you at the same time to reflect on your beliefs. I've really enjoyed working with her and discovering new tools, such as exploring feelings in my body through colours and shapes - something I would probably not have chosen to do if asked, but in this setting, it felt absolutely right and allowed me to see another side of myself.
