Sam’s approach to physio worked really well for me as she is extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to understand me as a person; she was happy to go in to the detail I needed when recommending treatment and exercise plans.

Been seeing Sam at Physiozen, and she has been brilliant at understanding and treating the various issues I've experienced with my neck/shoulders for close to 7 years. Sam is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, very skillful with the massage techniques she used, kind and professional. After a thorough initial assessment, Sam provided me with targeted treatment and gave me specific exercises and stretches to strengthen my back and surrounding muscles. Sam is absolutely amazing! I'm highly recommening her to anyone struggling with injuries, muscular issues requiring physioteraphy.
Sam helped me with back and shoulder pain. After 5 sessions I'm almost back to normal and will definetly come back just to keep things in check.
Sam is very proffesional, highly skilled and has incredible massage technique. She is also incredibly warm and friendly making whole experience very pleasant.
In addition to massage Sam provided excersise plan to follow supporting full recovery , which is part of my routine now.

I've been seeing Sam since the beginning of the year and haven't gone to anyone else—she's that good. She's incredibly thorough with her hands and always finds knots I never knew I had. I like my massages hard, and she never fails to surprise me with her skill.
