I went to see Dean several months ago about issues with my shoulder. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Came back to see him again yesterday regarding a ruptured bakers cyst on my knee. I could barely walk when I got there but left an hour later feeling so much better! Great treatment on both occasions. I would definitely recommend Dean. Great guy and very reasonably priced. ?

Absolutely amazing, cannot recommend enough ! Dean puts you immediately at ease and is so knowledgeable ... I came out feeling so different it was untrue, all my tense points were relaxed and i felt no pain!! I've already booked back in for acupuncture , which I never thought I would go for ! Easy booking system and physio exercise sheets / guides were sent through afterwards. If you are reading this I would say book in without hesitation!! 🙂

In just one session, Dean helped me with my injury more than I expected. He was helpful, offered insight, and gave me different options to aid my rehab.
One thing that I did like with how Dean operates is that he didn’t try and push a load more appointments on me. I take the rehab at my own pace and get back in touch with him to let him know how I’m doing and if another appointment is required that can be set up.
I would definitely recommend Dean and his Physiotheraly

This Guy knows his stuff! I originally visited the NHS physio at my GP, after a 2 min assessment I was told I had a rotator cuff injury, I was prescribed anti inflammatorys & given 5 different exercises to complete daily, the physio told me to expect not to be fit for the upcoming cricket season. Not satisfied with the outcome of the appointment I decided to contact Dean at FLEXION for help, I explained the situation and that I wanted to get fit for the cricket season as I play at a competitive level. Dean promptly booked me in for an assessment. After 5 sessions of specific injury treatments and following the tailored exercise plans I am now in a position where I have full range of motion in my shoulder, back in pre season training & even weight training in just 6 weeks! I have no doubt that the treatments and exercises have rapidly increased the speed of the healing process. My advice to anyone suffering with an injury is avoid a 3 month wait for an NHS physio & get booked in with FLEXION, trust the process and your recovery time will dramatically shorten!

I came to see Dino following pain in the ball of my right foot. I had been told by a doctor that the pain was Plantar Fascitis and to rest and take anti inflammatories. I went to see Dino, who did a full body assessment. He diagnosed the problem was to do with the insertion point near to my toe and tightness in my calf. He carried out dry cupping, needling, manipulation and massage of the calf during a number of appointments . I am planning to go back to football this week with a prescribed stretching routine. This wouldn't of been possible without the help of Dino.
