Great physio I had some shoulder issues and with Sam’s help got them sorted, speedy recovery really only needed a few sessions, il carry on with his advice because things have improved massively, thanks again ? would definitely recommend

My Physio experience to date has been exceptional. From my first physio session and consultation Ethan has been attentive, focused, engaging and enthusiastic in helping me solve the muscular and tendon problem I’ve been having for over a year in my right shoulder. We had set a goal and rehab program from day one and have kept referring to it, adapting and improving it. The results have been outstanding. The pain has substantially been reduced and my range of motion has returned. I would and am using Ethan again for maintenance sports massage, something I’ve been meaning to do for thirty years. This is the results of working with Ethan, very professional, good listener, and takes action while always making sure the patient understands what he is doing and why. I’d be very happy to recommend him to my friends, family and colleagues.

Very happy with my results, Ethan is very approachable, he had a well structured physio routine for me to follow and any issues along the way he would adapt the routine. I am now able to run 25 mins 'pain free' and I can lift heavier weights without my legs bending inwards. I am stronger, my weight loss progress has improved, with less weight I have achieved my 5 x 'pull up' target. If I have any future physio needs I will return.

Saw Ethan at Regen Physio when I had pain in my bicep. Found the root cause and have managed to correct it and rebuild the muscles in my shoulder, back and traps. I'm now pain free and am able to keep up my rugby training too. Fantastic service, really knowledgeable, they provide individual holistic care and work with you to get you better. Can't fault them at all, would 100% recommend and if I find myself injured again, I know where I'll be going! Thank you Ethan and Regan Physio, A* service!

I visited Regen with and issue in my shoulder.

I saw Ethan who took me through a range of movements and strength exercises and pin pointed the injury was my bicep long head.

Ethan showed me ways to remove the discomfort, strengthen, create mobility and all round look after my shoulder health.

Ethan has been extremely professional and I was very impressed and happy with my results since seeing him.
He is an asset to Regen.

Started physio with Ethan at Regen with really impactful leg pain and know idea as to why.
Ethan was excellent in problem solving via different stretches and routines to really get to the root cause.
Once established and explained I was given expert advice and a set plan to follow between sessions.

Couldn't of asked for better physiotherapy. ITB band sorted and a new found knowledge on leg training and structure. Great work
