I came in with painful knots and stiff shoulders, and she helped me with deep tissue massage and hot stones.

She was very professional, attentive, and skilled.
She applied the right amount of pressure and adjusted it according to my feedback.

She also checked in on me a day after each session to see how I was feeling.

Can’t recommend Teresa enough! I’ve loved all the treatments I have had from her over the last year or so. The Reflexology particularly balances my hormones (I feel more balanced after). I also sleep so much better when I have had a treatment. Teresa has a lovely calming aura about her and I really feel it when I miss my regular sessions.
