I love The Nest! 💛 I’ve never really enjoyed exercise until recently joining classes at The Nest.

The fitness instructors and staff are amazing, they really pay attention to your individual abilities and injuries, and the classes end with a lovely tea or drink 😊

The atmosphere is lovely, and the whole place smells like a luxury spa!

The only thing that I’d say is that it’d be great if there was another evening or pre-work strength or bootcamp class e.g. on a Monday.

I was privileged to attend a sound bath with Natalie. Not only did my body feel rejuvenated from the vibrational healing of the gongs and the singing bowls, but my heart benefited too. I went there alone and I left with the good fortunate of making a new friend. The Nest really does hold such beautiful space for people. Such an empowering way to really connect with yourself, and others. 5 stars to that🙌

My partner booked me in for a neck & back massage. I'm so glad she did. Warm welcome by the nest staff, and Lindsey was amazing. Felt very relaxed after the massage. Also, a complimentary herbal tea in the relaxtion room was a lovely way to end the treatment. Thanks Nest Team, see you soon.

Wonderful experience at The Nest! I was warmly greeted by Emma on arrival which set the tone for the whole experience. Intermediate yoga taught by Jodie was challenging, but restorative at the same time and ended with a hot cup of tea. The space itself is gorgeous, candlelit, and really special. A real luxury wellness experience.
