I had a recent reiki session with Jen in her calm, relaxing therapy room. I have to say the whole experience was cathartic and healing. I had so much energy the following day. Jen is a great practitioner who explains Reiki healing and energy and worked to unblock chakras within my body successfully. I was also extremely relaxed and felt safe and looked after. I am returning for another session soon and I have no hesitation in recommending Jen to anyone in need of some healing or relaxation from the outside world.
