This was my first ever sports massage and I’m so thankful it was with Vickie. I loved all the advice she had for me whilst I was in the between training for my fitness events and how best to approach recovery and the best care for my muscles. Was recommended to visit Jamie by my personal trainer after some leg/hip/back pain. 5 minutes later and Jamie had located the issue and began working it out, as well as giving me some advice on how to manage/resolve it long term. Feels so much better already and can’t wait for next week 🤩🥳
