Visited this afternoon, it was a good massage (1hr Relaxing, £45), just the right amount of pressure. The lady performing the massage was skilled, polite and kind. The place was clean, there was soft music, and it was warm enough. Recommended.

Highly recommend 5* service -
I've had problems with my neck/shoulder for months, gradually got worse to the point I was barely able to move my head, neck or shoulder without being in agony.
Eventually, in desperation I googled ' Deep tissue massage in Selby'
I came across Heeling Hands, which offered a 1 hour Trigger Point Massage for £45 - Same day appointments available.
Wasn't really sure what to expect but I honestly l wish I had gone a lot sooner.
She was so nice, so reassuring, told me she would fix me and to my suprise, she did 😀
I can now move my neck & shoulder with very little pain, and the massage was amazing. I will definitely be going back!

Went to the Doncaster one. The massage was so-so but the lady was a little too "personal" for me!! Which I thought was odd given they had a sign on the wall saying "No Sexual Service"

first visit to selby, I went because I had very bad back pain and circulatory issues, the lady did so much to help and could feel where the pain origiinated from, very friendly, actually put something back into place, I'd recommend this place definitely
